Alice Fields, 24, lost 18 kilos after dropping from 92 kilos to 74 kilos
Ms Fields found it hard to lose weight, despite regular exercise
She wouldn't leave the house without a cardigan and often wore tights
Ms Fields was introduced to powerlifting and totally overhauled her diet
She now swears by weight lifting and eats chocolate and bread every day
'It makes you feel so strong and powerful,' she said
